EMILE ST. DENIS September 9, 1924 - September 8 , 2005 Peacefully on September 8, 2005 at the Misericordia Cedar Grove Wing, Emile left to be with His Lord and Saviour at the age of 80 years. Emile was predeceased by his wife Evelyn. He is survived by his son Mitchell (wife Leona) of Thompson, MB, daughter Terry (husband Dallas) Williams of Winnipeg, Emile's sister Marie of Winnipeg, along with many nieces and nephews and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dad joined the Royal Canadian Air Force and served in the Military Police during the Second World War. He was stationed in England. Dad also was a very talented carpenter. He was known for his tinkering and making something out of nothing and making it work. Dad had a kind heart and would give more than he had to those who were down on their luck. We'll miss you dad. You're now in a lodge of great comfort. I'll miss your hey kid . We love you. God is now taking care of you. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Grant Memorial Church, 877 Wilkes Ave. on Wednesday, September 14 at 7:00 p.m. Donations can be made to Athletes in Action Sports Camps in aid of the children of Pauingassi.
